When an Arizona landscaper or pool builder has a client who wants a pickleball, tennis, basketball or multi-sport court in the same backyard, Dink Pro Courts comes in as the concrete court builder. You keep the client and the overall schedule; we take the court scope from layout to final striping.

Courts start at $29,000 for a 54 ft x 28 ft court, with a basic net and 4 paddles included. Financing is $598/mo for 60 months with excellent credit. See financing options.

Our lane: we are a court contractor, not a pool or landscape company. Dink Pro Courts holds no pool or landscape license, and we do not design or build pools, planting or irrigation. The pool and the landscape stay with your licensed team; the court is ours.

Trades we build courts for

Two ways to work with Dink

  1. We subcontract the court. You hold the prime contract and the client relationship. We price the court, build it to your schedule and close out the punch list with your PM.
  2. You refer the court. Send us a homeowner who wants a court and we run that court project ourselves. Partnership terms are discussed per project.
  3. Pool and landscape calls go back to licensed pros. If a homeowner asks us about a pool or landscaping, we send them to a licensed pool or landscape contractor. We do not bid that work.

What the court scope covers

Fitting the court into your sequence

Tell us where the court lands relative to the pool dig, the deck pour and the planting. We’re usually pouring concrete within a week, then it cures 21 to 28 days depending on weather before we paint. Build that cure window into the master schedule so other trades and equipment stay off the new slab until it is painted. Our court, pool, hardscape and planting sequence guide walks through the order step by step.

Why hand the court to a court crew

A playable court is more than a flat pad. Slope for drainage, a surface system that holds up to Arizona sun and lines that measure true decide how it plays for years. Keeping the court as its own scope also keeps it apart from your pool or landscape warranty, and your client has one clear contact for anything on the court.

Send these and we can bid it

Planning, quoting and permit guides for trades are on our trade partner resources for pool, landscape and design-build contractors page. Homeowner budgets are covered in pickleball court cost in Arizona.

Where we work
